Smartly Hard Working or Hardly Working Smart?

Does working Smartly or Hard matter?
Work, by itself is a complexly definable term. But, the basic understanding is “What we do”, is understood to be work.
How does it pay off? And BTW, what does it pay off with?
The Answer to the latter is binary. Success or Failure. And how it pays off is the derivative of Success or failure! The culmination of hard work and smart work alone, will give Success. I’m denying that handwork is solely responsible for success.
Post the CBSE/State Board 12th Examination Results, when the State topper is interviewed, he or she (mostly, “she” these days) proudly says only this, (Apart from the thanking school, parents bla bla part) “It was the effect of my hard work, and finally it paid”.
No, certainly not.
“Hard work is only a speck of dust in the ocean of Success” There is also, the lion’s share of Smart Work. However hard you work and try to study something, finally only if you find intuitive ways to remember them in the exam hall, will it be fruitful.
Hard Work can be put by any Tom, Dick or Harry. But, smart work comes only by giving constant tuning to the grey matter! When it’s rusty, then it’s wasted.
Starting from a Wood-cutter to a CEO of a successful firm, the smartest way to approach things, shall only save time and provide easy success. “Success cannot be achieved easily” is archaic. The approach to deal with situations and handle them with a clear mindset shall only get you to success.
So, the primary step before you fix your goal, is simple. Do the analysis of what it takes to find the smart path (in some cases shortest, some efficient) and then decide your “hard”work metrics.
IF SOMETHING CAN BE ACHIEVED WITH SMART WORK, “LESS THAN SOMETHING” IS POSSIBLE WITH SHEER HARD WORK.
We, live in a world where TIME passes and we don’t (even in examinations). So, to keep up with the pace. And to reach your desired place. Smart work with tingling amounts of Hard Work is needed.

Make your choice, do your work…! “Smartly”

Eulogy of a Son!

Death, ever often is the anguished care
Where the loved ones shall be, left, despaired
To the greatest mind, we ought to salute,
Dr. Kalam ji, this is to you, we allude

The path you travelled went far and wide,
Leaving young bloods to trace you with pride.
A gift of the South, we proudly claim
As the idol of the world, was your greatest fame.

"The missile man" you are fondly called,
To outlook India was your only thought.
Your intuitive quotes were the heal to a pain
Of lost hopes and botches, to regain

As the Leader of this country you fondly bore.
With pride of a young India, was what u strove
For many men may come by and go!
But, you're thoughts, in us, will stay, aglow!

Your greatest anger, was also a mere smile
Your highest speeches was not excessive but premise
You left us, before the dream came true, bewildered
As if, it were a sleep that we had so far just shouldered

Dreams, u said, are not for us to sleep
But keep us awake, lively to take a leap
Ahead of troubles that rule our past
You advised, to fear them not and advance.

Twenty 20 is not by far very distant
To honor, we shall work towards, from the instant.
Bless us as now you are one of the gods.
Mind you, you always live in our hearts

The Harbingers of Change

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” are the deep thoughts of George Bernard Shaw. And, often, we adhere to the thoughts of our grey-beards. This is just one of the million thoughts/quotes, said by great fore thinkers of our society, down the ages.
"IF NOT INTRESTED TAKE DIVERSION :P"

Okay, Let’s analyze and understand whether those "said", thoughts were true or just brushy for pride to say something.
What is Change?
Change is nothing but a transformation, on dual side (either upwards or downwards) based on the relative thoughts and behavior that makes the individual to choose a decisional path. A change in most instances is inevitable, and often a perception of a good turnover. “He’s turned over a new leaf” , “May the goddess of change, bestow light upon you” are some of the frequent churchy words we hear. A change from an initial notion to another decision need not implicate that the initial decision was obsolete or a worthy of existing. It only goes to show that the individual has found a better alter to the same.
Some changes come by, with the effect of the individual considering that he/she had done a mistake taking the start-up choice. This maybe a demoraliser to the forthcoming decision. But take not to deep heart and not think of the past mistake you have done. After all, what is life when you haven’t done a mistake. For all those, who empathize here, it is said that, “If you haven’t done a mistake, you haven’t explored new things” (A quote of Albert Einstein). This is applicable to the Worship deities as well. Many instances prove to us, where the gods also have done mistakes from which change springs and causes a revolution. The dynamism of the change may sometime be impractical but “A Change had/has happened”. That’s what we care about
The last probable category is “change is the change to the worst”. Well, this just means that the person is gonna take an extra change-over step someday by changing for the better. All he needs to realize is when he is gonna make that additional change of realizing his mistakes and correcting them.
In all the three cases, it is observed that change comes our way just like a rainbow after a hurricane.
If we cannot live without food, So can we, without change...! It is  “ not an optional necessity” but “a highly prioritized recommendation”.

"Fear not" its coming and "predict" its forthcoming and "expect the vibe to revolutionize you.
Make it, what it takes to have an impact.
Remember only this, before any decision you make:
Never is it too old,
Some, ripe late, yet gold,
Never think you’re too late,
Bring the right change to your fate.
For, once bitten twice shy
Reckon always, failures are to try
Welcome change with an open smile
And it will assist you in your strive
Thank You! Hope this helped.

What goes up, MUST to come down? SHOULD it?

A very naïve idiom, yet replicates folds of definitive perceptions! One of the main attributes that we discuss below, is attitude and the way of life.

Life, is the game of see-saw that goes up and comes down on alter slides. An individual’s behavior and temperate attitude, swells the graph upwards. Often, ego and condescending attitudinal changes befriends the rocket to the sky (referring to the uphill of life). The reason being fame. When people tend to acknowledge a positive vibe with your presence around, the individual often feels his/her existence to be unavoidable. As a result, lofts the attitude in the way of talk and way of actions. This, by-far is the most common observations made and also instant to be noticed distinctly, leaving room for unwarranted back talks (slang: gossips).

How do we acquit ourselves, when put in such a situation?
When we are “the good shoes of the town”, always learn to keep up-to the pace by retrograding ourselves through the path that lead us to this position. Once the thought is drilled deep down, the attitude is positive.
Ups and Downs are a common trade-off points in everybody’s life. The up-starts maybe quite challenging and backtracks (sometimes) to the same position. It is that motivational factor or passionate eye that scales up despite the snake-pulls. The conduct when we are at the top of the world, and the ill-effects of not doing so, has been discussed above.
Now, I’ve gone up.

What if I am falling deep down?
Okay, So what? Nothing to worry or panic. Any plane that hits the skies and tears between the clouds, has to land. Similarly, the downpits may be impacting and some cases severe, but a steady mindset to achieve the goal and a passionate attempt, will definitely qualify to seal the top notch despite the fast downfall. So it’s all about the attitude.

A standing example model, is Sir Thomas Edison. A known story, yet a forgotten moral. His numerous inventions failed miserably and got him to the rags. But, despite life plotting the “inverse curve” to his success graph, he kept striving and also, learnt the shams that he made during his downfall checkpoints and finally scaled up, infinitely with his remarkable invention.
All of us cannot be the Edison, that’s why he is unique. But definitely, an effort to be like him and how he reacted when he was on the lane, decides our flag post. Therefore,
A Tomorrow-the-D-day Attitude, makes you lazy
A Boggy Attitude makes you foolish
A Timid Attitude curtails your professionalism
Only a Passionate and Cool-Headed Attitude advances you to scalable heights and accommodates your inmates to reckon your presence as a cheer.
So, Set it tight (your goal), and Get it Right! (Through striving actions)!

Mind you: - What goes up, needn’t come down..!!
Cheer Ho!

Marinating in Mediocrity

An Introvert Approach

Life gives us diversified opportunities in disguised formats. Knowing them and being able to acknowledge it, lies in the individual’s hands. The term “Marinating” gives room to a squally of notions. The way we take it to be, decides our character. When hardships accompany us for a stipulated period, and when the mind plays a “Do-What-Next?” game, it often leaves the individual to indulge himself in deep negative, obnoxious thoughts, where-in he gets too worked up or soaked into thought process of the happenings and not on the step ahead. This is the dark side of the word “marinating”. The grassy side (the road often not taken) is the way by which a person thinks himself through the situation, and works out solutions to solve the hardships that come his way.
The choice is left with you!
This article might be a true-learn for the former and a pride-adjudging tool for the latter sect of people explained above.
Marinating in one’s mediocrity is often a phrasal term, used to explain the situation of a below average individual who daunts his past and regrets making decisions which could have been done the other way. They are nothing more than “Trying to crack a nut, with a feather”. A decision once made is not worthy to change. But, instead how to derive success from that decision, must be thoughtful orientation. Getting depressed over, the mis-happening of life, and falling a prey to the evil thought process that leads us to think of “How it happened?” “What if I had taken the other choice?” “What is the world going to think about me?” are all typical signs of mediocre attributes, and further research on attempting to find the answer to these questions is marinating over your mediocrity.
Ok, So how am I to tackle such situations?
Simple, Just ask 3 questions to yourself when situations that u abhorred or never expected-to-happen has taken place. They are:
“Ok, Now what next? “
“What’s the backup to my next option?”
“What are my chances to succeed in my next venture?”
These when asked, triggers the inner mind response system to think on similar lines and rub away the past thoughts. Thinking about how it happened is advisable to a threshold level. Only so that, the same mistake shall not be done in the near/far future.
A very confusing theory, yet provides an implicate practical solution.
Getting marinated over a productive thought prolonging is the only road to be taken, and not a world of solitude on other’s perceptions derive benefit of gossip from yours!

With this said, “Fail not to think about the future, and Marinate on your exceptionals and not your mediocrity! Fare well in all *thye* endeavors! !

A Mystic City of Life

Destiny has its non-absence in every lock-heart
For feeling has its pay for every tribe.
They are pro-active rather than an inert-being
Keep nibbling in your mind and never off-cling
Man's main hitch lies in his sullen emotions
And they destroy him and fly him to weird illusions
A gloomy face knows nothing but an unlike laughter
And a face of ire ends in all crimes and slaughters
To avert their presence is not an every man's art
But to controlling it should be our arrow on the dart.
Fate is nothing but, mere pretexts of the grey man’s say
And those believing it, in them make the devil stay
Until he panels them and they finally perish
Failing to live a life meant to only be cherished
Believing in oneself relieves us of irrational pain
And guides us to the path where sorrow lies in-vein
Happiness is the concluding key to the pre- Pandora days
And let us all unravel and patch our cruel ways
All we need is an inexpensive smile,
That takes your prized one to far a mile,
Makes a day for them and not -unlike you,
They too will share the spread of happiness
And it so travel to the farthest of horizons
Anger is the child of a mature tree,
It ought to be shed progressively and should be free
Of thoughts of vengeance and of appalling revenge
And should be thrown like a leg-broken bench
The TIME indeed has a role of the highest priority
And its lapse shall not but cause us in vanity
All we need is to sit on a little pondering
And this shall evade our hearts on wondering
Life’s all about overcoming near shortcomings
To face them like a Valliant is the way of becoming
A man to sip the nectars of success,
And makes him reach farther and progress
To live happily awaiting a ceaseless eve
To spread a smile, I conclude is all we need.

The Internet of Big Things!

In today's world where humans burn most of their time on gadgets and systems able to communicate with humans, there will come a time when even breathe of every individual will be controlled by a device. This will be possible with the concept of INTERNET OF THINGS.

IOT will make life easier as the whole world will become machine controlled. From cooking food to delivering a baby, everything will just require the touch of your thumb to the remotes which will control the devices. What is IOT? IOT basically says that every object will have the ability to communicate with the help of sensors. Objects will be able to talk, monitor and to be precise, very precise, they will dominate humans.

Is it worth the change?

When today humans don't find time for anything else, even their dear ones, is it possible for them to see each other when they will have objects as their company.

Objects communicating with humans is advantageous as everything will be done with ease and it will save lives too. On the other hand humans might use the same object to harm others as well and to my statement mentioned above, it will only delay death and not stop death.

This world is for everyone to live with the resources what we have got. It will be much better if we come here on this planet, enjoy the beauty of the nature and wave a good bye rather than exploiting the nature to every core bit for the sake of mankind. It doesn't mean that there shouldn't be any development as it is a part of life. But everything has a limit and as said there is no end to greed, there won't be any end to development until a barrier is set.

“Technology might give me a long life, but only nature will give me a sound life”.
